Arrived at the dealership due to a promotional mailer. Had been looking to trade in my truck next year. A new 2500 ZR2 was up front and turned out to be a great fit. The traveling salesman, Jonathan, was friendly and honest. Everyone at the dealership was nice and not your typical pushy salespeople. After a short negotiation, we made a deal, and I am enjoying my new ride!

I brought our 2018 Traverse in because a tire pressure sensor came on after I rolled over a curb while making too sharp a turn. Having gotten out of the car and surveying for a flat tire, I was happy to find that there was no tire or other damage. I called the dealership to ask for an appointment and was told I could bring the vehicle in then if I wanted to. I was there in 10 minutes and left within the hour. The repair was quick and efficient and the charge was minimal. I've used Commerce Chevrolet for twenty years and I'm pleased with the dealership.

Good customer service but horrible truck alignment. Took the truck back twice for them to fix the alignment but the truck ended up driving worse after their alignment. Even after their second revision.

Was just there weeks ago for same issue. Check engine light back on so was asked to drop car off overnight for service. Picked car up next day and about 14 miles down the road light back on. Taking in for a 3rd time but will take to Jay Hodge Chevrolet Sulphur Springs. I work and can't keep taking time out to see about my supposed new car. Highly upset that I can not go anywhere because my check engine light is on. Should have just stuck with the used car I had because the way I was treated and this whole experience has been terrible. A new car with 11,000 miles that I can not drive is laughable.

The process lasted over three hours. I’m 81 yrs old and My wife is 79yrs old. We both have medical issues and be required to sit there for hours was very difficult. Suggest procedures be addressed to accommodate seniors. Thank you!
